Del Campo Restaurant - Authentic Latin American Tacos in Woodbridge, VA

Don't let the modest look fool you. This place easily became our favorite spot for "Mexican food". I don't know how to explain it but you can tell they take pride in the quality of everything they serve. Also, the margaritas are made with REAL fruit and they are absolutely delicious! The staff comes out and talks with you throughout your meal but not too much. It's just perfect!

Success is measured in how you love something and see it grow. The restrantuers here grind day in and day out to provide a great atmosphere combined with traditional Mexican cooking and gutaamalan inspired food to die for. Chicken is always moist and fall right off the bone. Good prices and good eats. You can see the passion with cooking and loyalty to flavor. What an amazing experience this was. This small treasure was the highlight of our trip, We went twice and brought several friends the second time. When we got there there were 2 tables full, after an hour or so the place was packed. Amazing service along with authentic food from Guatemala, with soups being one of their flavorful specialties. I went for Carne Asada the first day and Molcajete the second time. Cooked at the moment, the meat was tender and well seasoned, and the term was on point. Both dishes had homemade tortillas that were to die for. Also loved their Orchata ask, for a sample. If you have not visited this place, you are missing out.

Truly a Guatemalan restaurant. First time visiting and trying one and it reminds me of when I am home. The fajitas are top notch, lots of protein and not a vegetarian plate. Rare to see these days. Tortillas are handmade, another rare and unique thing. Plátanos are delicious. The Garnachas are the best!

I was craving camarones al ajillo. It wasn't on their menu, but they made it for me anyway and they did an amazing job. It was delicious. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. My mom can't handle any level of heat in food, and they were able to accommodate that without losing flavor. I also got the tres leches cake for dessert, and it was delicious. It was everything you'd expect from a proper tres leches cake. The prices were reasonable, the flavor amazing. The staff was amazing. My only complaint is I could've used more refills on my water. However, I also drink a lot more than the average person.

WHAT A GREAT DISCOVERY. While waiting to get my windshield fixed nextdoor at Safelite, I decided to walk in to Del Campo... And I'm glad I did! The frozen margaritas were excellent, the guacamole was excellent, the chips and salsa were excellent, the tacos were excellent, the service was excellent, the prices were excellent. Definitely give this place a try.

Perfectly seasoned and cooked meat. Fresh chips & salsa. The Molcajete Platter was excellent. Definitely a low key place that has excellent Guatemalan seasoned food. Clean restrooms.

Had the Molcajette combo. Delicious. The guacamole was very good. WILL absolutely go again and try something else. One complaint is no iced tea or other fountain drinks. Very, very nice people, service was good considering the place was packed. Holds about 30 or 35 people, located in a strip mall, easy parking. Highly recommended.
